Do-Over, Starting Over

Ok, I think that it is time to start this blog over. I am sorry that I have been MIA for quite awhile. That is going to change. I am back to writing and updating so ya'll can keep up with my ever busy family. Let see, what have we been up to. Christmas was a blast. Nat's folks came in for a few days and visited with us. Nic's folks were able to come over and spend Christmas day with us. It is good to have them living close by. Santa was very good to our family this year, we all got something that we have wanted for a long time. Nic has been able to find long lost cousins and hang out with them. Nat is glad that he is finally able to put faces to names and meet more of Nic's family. Nic is busily getting ready for a mini family reunion at our house this week and also going to jump in head first to start planning a HUGE shaa-bang of a Davis' family reunion early next year. Nat is looking forward to meet more of the Davis' clan that is just as wild and sarcastic as Nic is.

Nic can thank Facebook for the help of finding family members that she has lost contact with over the years. It feels good to be surrounded by the Davis family, they accept us for who we are.

Nat is working in Rancho Cordova still with Hertz. We have been looking for a home to buy, but have had our hearts broken. But the hunt is not over... we are determined to find a house that we can finally call our own and our home.
